We flew from Atlanta via Seattle to Vancouver BC. We are staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel, right next to the cruise terminal where we will board the Holland America Zaandam to Alaska on Sunday. Our room is on the 21st floor with a beautiful panoramic view of the harbor. We can see the cruise ships enter and leave the harbor and watch the pontoon planes take off and land. Very picturesque.
